Dr.R.K. PANIGRAHI
Post Graduate in Chemical Technology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, Ph.D. in Bio-Pharmaceuticals from I.I.T. Kharagpur worked in various capacities in the PSU’s & Govt., such as Bengal Chemical and Pharmaceuticals, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals Development Corporation Bihar, as Programme Officer at Common Wealth Secretariat, as Secretary in Indo-danish Tool Room and in Cabinet Secretariat in Govt. of India.
Dr. Panigrahi had worked as Director in MSME-Development Institute, Ministry of MSME, looking after the developmental activities of MSME’s. Visited several countries across the world spreading the disarmament activities of Chemical and Biological Weapons on behalf of Govt. of India. Worked as regulator for MSME and Large Scale Industry in India to regulate, monitor, development, production, consumption, the transfer for use of toxic chemical or precursors of Chemical and Allied products to be used as Chemical Weapons.
Before MSME GOI, Dr. Panigrahi has worked with various other ministries and looked after their development.
